How we handle what you send us.
What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone, borough and message. When you sign up for event emails, we keep your email address. The food delivery form is a Google Form, covered by Google’s privacy policy.
How we use it
Only SPSC staff can see it, and only to reply to you, look for referrals or send the event emails you asked for. We don’t sell your information or share it with a provider unless you ask us to.
Changing or removing it
Email parent2parentsupport@gmail.com to update or delete your information or to stop event emails.
Please don’t send
Social Security numbers, medical records, or card or bank details.
About our services
SPSC offers education, mentorship and referrals. We are not a medical, legal, emergency or government service. Details about outside programs can change, so confirm with each provider. In an emergency, call 911.
